Role Overview
Empower commercial drivers through smooth onboarding, daily earning guidance, dispute resolution, and community engagement.
Our drivers are the heart of UrbanDrive. We are looking for empathetic, articulate Driver Success & Delight Executives to assist our partner drivers at our city hubs.
You will guide drivers through document verification, vehicle assignment, platform app training, and prompt resolution of payment and trip queries.
Key Responsibilities
Guide new commercial drivers through registration, KYC verification, and background checks
Conduct platform orientation sessions on safety standards, customer ratings, and earning optimization
Address driver queries regarding daily payouts, incentive structures, and platform assignments
Maintain high driver satisfaction scores (CSAT) and proactive retention engagement
Skills & Requirements
1-3 years of customer support, hub operations, or tele-calling experience in mobility / delivery startups
Fluent in Kannada and Hindi / English; good patience and strong empathetic listening skills
Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business)
